PROGRAM
The program is the first act of design. It changes as design proceeds since design is a process of exploring possibilities. Our work plan is a reflection of our clients. We listen and present alternatives to assist in consensus building. The best architectural solutions are generated by a deep understanding of the project-the site, the people and their objectives. We are proud of our track record and our many repeat clients.
PLANNING
Another major component of each project is planning. We are diligent in identifying, and evaluating as many possible options to assure that the end product is a well designed, cost effective solution. We have developed master plans, site analyses, functional programs, and budgets. We have set up and facilitated Citizens Advisory Committees.
